*Note that Tuesday’s Official Practice sessions (day ticket) and the Sunday’s Show (session ticket) will be available as part of the Phase 2 Ticket sales.

Can I exchange my ticket or cancel my order?
The ticket purchase is binding. In accordance with Lippu.fi’s user agreement, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you have insured your tickets with Lippu.fi’s ticket cover, you can apply for compensation for your tickets. Ticket protection cannot be purchased for package tickets.
You can try to resell your ticket purchased from the Lippu.fi online shop safely through the official resale channel fanSALE. The best way to identify the events for which tickets can be sold on fanSALE is to look for the fanSALE tab on the Lippu.fi website in connection with the event.
What payment methods can I use to buy tickets?
